Orient · Stages 0 and 1

# Orient

Point your AI effort at the right problems, fast.

First we pinpoint which stage you're on, then give focused senior guidance so your team stops experimenting in the dark and starts compounding real wins.

Where this fits on the climb Stages 0 and 1 · Shadow AI or Assisted, where AI use is personal and nothing is written down yet

You are here if

People across the business use AI on their own, quietly, with no governance and no measurement, or a few people get real wins that live in their heads and leave when they do.

## What you get

- ✓ A maturity-stage diagnosis: which stage you're on today and why, a deeper read than the 2-min assessment
- ✓ Focused senior advisory sessions on your real problems
- ✓ A prioritized AI-opportunity shortlist / direction memo
- ✓ A recommended next step on the climb

Pricing

Consultation €250, a Direction session with the memo €750 (credited against the next rung within 60 days), or senior advisory scoped per engagement.

Why it matters

Deliberately lightweight and narrow: it points the way. When you need proof, Prove delivers it.
